Figured Bass: finished?

Recently there have been several improvements / additions to the Figured Bass feature:

• '+' also usable as a prefix and not only as a suffix
• Two options (Top or Bottom) for vertical alignment
• Length of ontinuation lines corrected (previously they were too long)
• Extended continuation lines, (lines connected across several f.b. groups)
• Completed the support for un-styled (or differently styled) f.b. elements

With these additions, I think I can consider the Figured Bass feature complete; this means that, unless some horrible oversight is discovered, there will not be any further addition, only bug corrections.

The relevant handbook page has been updated to the current implementation.

If anyone is interested in this feature, please give it a try, run some test and report any bug!
