And in answer tot eh OP's question.
Yes, you will be able to create an hours worth of music for a video, using this software.
It will not, however, generate it by itself, if that is what you were asking.
MuseScore can help you write music in the same way a word processor can help you write book - assuming you know how to write, the software is a good aid, but it won't write it for you.

That software is called "Human".

Actually, there already exists a company called "Human" that do music for commercials etc. I'm not sure what software they use.

I suspect Impro-visor could be set up to create something for you. You might at least have to give a chord progression to start with.
MuseScore is a notation software. It's goal is to produce sheet music to be put in front of musicians. If you want to generate music check algorithmic composition software.
Online you can try WolframTones
If you are a bit techie, try PureData
if you have a chord progression you can try MMA or Impro-visor
If you prefer to sing, try Songsmith or UJam
