Tuning offset

Before I ruin a score....
When 4 trumpets (in my score ) play in unison they sound thin and like one trumpet.

So If I select trumpet 2 and change the tuning offset for the unison bars, then do the same for trumpets 3 and 4 but with a slightly different offset, will it then play back like 4 trumpets in unison (tho ever so slightly out of tune with each other? (real world stuff)
