Slash Notation Styles

Slash Notation Styles crashed on launch on two different files. I am following the instructions in the plugin description page (select measure, launch plugin). When I do this, I get an error dialog, of which I have attached a screen shot.

I downloaded the latest plugin and installed it - no change.

MacBook Pro Unibody, 10.7.5, quad core, lots RAM and disk.

Aha! Thanks for the tip. I didn't realize you had to have the entire folder in the plugins directory.

Is there somewhere in the docs that specifies how to install a plugin?
