Result: 'Use internal synthesiser' is ticked.

Using MuseScore 2.0 Nightly Build (83197be) - Mac 10.7.5.

Ok, I've done the easy bit and made the checkbox work.

The question now is, what's it supposed to do and where does/should it do it?

using 1d39023 on kxstudio 12.04 and still encounter this issue. I'd like to use JACK (with my own vsti) instead of internal synth, but I can't uncheck the box.
BTW if the box stays check, I can use JACK, but mscore audio output still provide internal synth sound, quite annoying.
