Actions: remove accidentals from TAB note entry

I'm looking at a pull request by Miwarre.

It says: "Accidentals have no use in TAB entry: actions for entering hard-coded accidentals have been restricted to pitched/drum only, freeing some more keys for TAB entry."

I think accidentals should be restricted to just pitched instruments - they don't seem applicable to either tablature or drums?
