MIDI Import
Andrey (trig-ger) is currently making improvements to MIDI import, so I wanted to post a few examples to see if there can be anything more done. I'll try to do one at a time.

1. Open attached mscz (produced in 1.3) in 1.3.
2. 'Save As...'.
3. Choose 'MIDI'.
4. 'Save'.
5. Open MIDI in 2.0.
Desired result: The notes are dotted 8ths, as per original.
Actual result: The notes are duplets.
Note: I also attach the produced MIDI file.
Using MuseScore 2.0 Nightly Build (d0b29ab) - Mac 10.7.5.

Just uncheck the search for duplet in the MIDI import parameters, and apply.
