Playback of tie for non adjacent notes (repeats)
1. Open Score 1.
2. 'Play'.
Expected result: The final note in bar 2 plays the length of an eighth and doesn't continue into the next bar (Score 2).
Actual result: The final note in bar 2 plays the note in full - therefore, overlapping with the first note in bar when the repeat occurs (Score 1).
Note: Both scores produced in 1.3.

There is no provision in the software to deal with tie and non adjacent notes. (Tie from end of repeat to start, Tie from before volta to 2nd volta etc...). This is a feature request.
Has this problem been solved yet? i.e. how to write a tie which goes from the last note of the measure before volta #1 to the 1st note of volta #2, i.e when playing 2nd repeat does not sound the 1st note in volta #2 but ties it to the prior note.
No, that's why the issue is still active
Just after writing the prior query, I tried something which worked but isn't really legit. I had the last note of the measure before volta #1 tied to the 1st note of volta #1. So I edited the tie line and dragged it so that it ended at the first note of volta #2. One would expect that this would untie volta #1 and only tie volta #2 -- but in fact on playback both voltas played as tied, even though there was no tie line for volta #1. Confusing for anyone playing from the score as they need to see both ties. I tried inserting another tie, but it didn't work, so I cheated and used a slur and made it look like a tie. Check out the attached Birth of the Blues score.
