Minimum space above volta

Would it be possible in Style, General, Hairpins/Volta/Ottava to add a minimum height above Volta option?

I have a score including Voltas and I find the Voltas are too close to the system immediately above them. I know I can adjust Minimum system distance, but then the gap between systems looks too big between systems without Voltas. I am using the Stave Spacer Up to add the extra space at the moment, but as the Voltas cover several systems I have to make sure I add a spacer to every system. As the number of bars in a system can change due to editing I can end up with the spacers moving from one system to another, ending up with none on a system or sometimes two. While two is not a problem, none is and I would prefer no to add a spacer to every bar or every other bar just on the off chance that they move.
