When I add grace notes, I cannot do two at a time. Can anybody help me please? Also, when I write two groups of triplets together, the second group is always half the value o the first.
Example: Triplets: Eighth Eighth Eighth Sixteenth Sixteenth Sixteenth.

To your triplet problem: once you have defined the first set of triplets, you must inform MS that you want the next set to be the same (press the number that corresponds to the duration you are dealing with). Otherwise MS defaults to the duration that it just used.
Regarding the grace notes
Can you be more specific?
There is more than one way of requiring 2 grace notes.
Please will you list the steps of what you are trying to do.
Or if you are transcribing a piece, attach a scan of the bit you are trying to reproduce.

I want to write a harmonic octave grace note.

This is done the same way as chords that aren,t grwce notes - press shift and the letter name of the note you want to add, etc.

You are still not being clear.
Do you mean that the grace note consists of two notes an octave apart?
Or that there are two grace notes an octave apart?
Octaves are not harmonic - they are perfect.
Maybe it can help you...
I was also having problems with double grace notes.
I'm using the last version of MuseScore now, so I don't know if this will work on your MuseScore!
Select the normal note - double click on the grace note you want to add ( you can also drag the grace note and drop on the normal note ) - select the grace note you added - hold Shift and press C - you can adjust the grace note using the up and down buttons.
This will give you two grace notes that will be play at the same time.
I hope this information is helpful.
Good luck !
