A very critical error!! Could someone help!?

Now, as an amateur musician, I use musescore pretty much everyday. However, one day when I wanted to arrange something, there was a glitch that frightened me. I added a standard band setup for my arrangement (i.e. Guitar, Bass, Piano and drums) but when it was supposed to show all the bars that I was supposed to write onto, the bars sort of "jumped onto the title" (I don't have a better way to describe it). Is there anyway I can fix this??

Note: I am using the musescore version 1.2's Ubuntu version.
