Embedding Snippets (2-3 measures) into text.

Hi: I asked this question a few years ago and have lost the method you suggested. I teach piano and I sometimes need the ability to add a musical example (piano) of just a few measures. No heading or subheading is needed, just the music notation, key signatures, etc. I remember you suggested I delete the heading, key my example, and save it as a .png file but there must be one more step. When I try to use the .png example I get a full page with my example near the top. Attempting to adjust its size results in something that is unreasonably tiny. Can you please remind me of the method, again? I'll preserve your answer more carefully, I promise. Thanks! JHJ
