Cannot change notehead in tablature
Sometimes I see this:
However, it doesn't seem possible to change the notehead of tablature.
I don't know if it's a bug, but are there opinions about allowing this?
Using MuseScore 2.0 Nightly Build (689147c) - Mac 10.7.5.

Ghost notes ('X') are currently supported by the TAB drawing code. There used to be a way to enter them, but it probably disappeared when the shortcuts for TAB note entry have been changed (several times now!).
