Repeat applicable mid-bar

1. Open attached score (produced in 1.3).
2. Drag Start repeat to second notehead of the treble stave.

Result: The repeat appears mid-bar.

Discussion: I don't know if this is a bug. Can anyone say?

Using MuseScore 2.0 Nightly Build (4c859d8) - Mac 10.7.5.
