How can I see the score for just one instrument

Right after downloading and running Musescore for the first time, I also downloaded a Brandenburg Concerto which has staves for 21 instruments. Rather than looking at all 21 instruments at one time, can I just look at the Oboe part for example? and consequently see the pages reformatted to make a single sheet score for that instrument?

By the way, is there a name for what I'm asking for?
