On my computer, impossible to add any of the 2 percussion clefs. "Drag and drop" works for any other clef but not for the percussion clefs (although I specified the voice as "drums"). Help!

Your instrument needs to be a percussive instrument for the percussion clef to work, not just have a percussive sound assigned in the mixer.
Go to Edit → Instruments or use the shortcut I to open up the instruments window. Ensure that you've added a non-pitched percussive instrument to the score.
If that still doesn't work, then please attach your score here so it can be investigated.
