How do I stop getting E-mail all replies?

I have gotten a lot of help and information on this forum, however I also get an E-mail every time someone posts a reply to one of my posts. Is there a way to turn this off? I generally check here on the forum daily for any replies to my posts, and it's always interesting to see what others are discussing, so I really don't need all the E-mails filling my inbox. I have set "web" rather than "email" as the default notice, but I still get E-mails.
