"Ears on repeat Barlines?

Hi, and Happy New Year!

Is is possible to add "ears" to the repeat barlines? An old professional copyist friend of mine says that they make complicated charts more readable.

If not possible in 1.3, is this capability scheduled for 2.0? Or, if one could edit the repeat barline graphics and add them to the Palette, a tip would be appreciated.
