Cannot playback, synthesizer grayed out
Running Windows 10, most current musescore version. I've tried reverting to factory settings, updating drivers, and reinstalling/rebooting. I am unable to have the score playback. Need help.

Try removing the soundfont and adding it again

I've tried uninstalling soundfonts, and installing new soundfonts, using the guide mentioned, but nothing changes, unless I am doing something wrong.

Could you re-try: "Help" menu -> Revert to Factory Settings
