Musescore 1.3 (latest download) will not start - problem w/PortAudio

After updating the driver: 'REALTEK_ALC5505-HD-AUDIO_A01_v2_V557C_SETUP_ZPE.exe' on a 'Dell tablet Venue-11 Pro' w/WIN 8.1 I'm unable to run Musescore (and also Audacity).
I needed the driver update (REALTEK), since my 'audio out' didn't work. Now it's working, but the problem running Musescore and Audacity occured.

Any solution to this problem please?
