Beam Groupings

Hi I am working on a large orchestral file - the director has requested that
eighth notes be beamed in twos, rather than fours as musescore defaults.
Any global way to change this, instead of manually having to edit every instance?

No, but do be aware you can assign a keyboard shortcut to the beam commands (edit / preferences / shortcuts) making it very easy to break beams with a single keystroke.
