Can you explain how it would work? And what would be the purpose of it?
Assuming the point is to give you control over what gets copied and pasted, then yes, this is a very common request, and indeed, it made the short list of ideas for Google Summer of Code projects this year - see http://musescore.org/en/developers-handbook/google-summer-code/ideas-20…. Too early to say if any proposals based on this idea will actually be accepted, but it seems likely that at some point, something along these lines will be worked on.

on the image I would also add
* lines
* tempo
* breath and pauses
* breacks
* beam properties
.... and if it would have been possible all things in the palette
(maybe with some check by default like notes ; and two options : "all" checked and also a possibility to personalise one)
but i'm not a programmer I don't know what would be possible
the best idea is dynamics (also line dynamics) as in 1.3 by now that can't be pasted ..... (in nightly R.eec4ee0 I tried and it worked)
In reply to on the image I would also by Zynette
Thats too much stuff i think, to rarely used. Those things should be copied by default and are copied by default.
