We need more information from you. Which version of MuseScore are you using, which operating system and what hardware are you using to make the sound. Have you recently changed any of these? If so, did the sound work before? Has the sound ever worked?

Try Help / Revert to Factory Settings. If on a Mac, see #234811: No sound on Mac and Windows, I/O's PortAudio API drop down menu empty and try the steps suggested there. If that isn't it, please ask for help in the Support forum and includes more information as requested above.
