None, it seems ...
But if you open the Part tab then File Print it looks like an automated process as I see in the printer dialog box
(maybe I'm wrong)
There isn't anything special needed to print the parts - they are printed the same way as the score. So, while viewing a part, File / Print opens the print dialog, as always.
However, if your question is about how to generate those parts in the first place, then the answer is the page called "Parts" (https://musescore.org/en/handbook-advanced-topics/parts). This also gives information on a useful method for exporting all parts at once (eg, to PDF).
Once the parts are extracted, click the tab for the part and use the print command and only that part will print.
I don't have a "New All" tab on my Parts window, just "New." Does that change the instructions for printing the individual parts?

Apparently you are working with version 1.3.
Since the recommendations given here are usually on version 2.x, there will (inevitably) be some differences.

Indeed, the instructions are now,
1) update to the latest (2.1)
2) then follow the instructions
In general, very little of what you read about here on the forums for the past two years will apply to 1.3. Way too much has improved since then.
