Add an extra measure with the new key sig, a system break and either hide empty staves or hide that particular measure. Untested ;-)

Extra measure in same system with the new keying, actual duration as short as possible, final barline and rest made invisible?

Yes, another possibility. For now the image, to stay on only 3 pages
