There is a 64 bit version already of MuseScore 2.x See the download page: https://musescore.org/download/musescore-win64.7z
Not that i use Windows, but why do you need the 64-bit version? Is it a midi driver issue or the need to use bigger soundfonts or something else?
It will be, if Qt by then ships with a 64bit Mingw or we manage to switch from Mingw to Visual Studio.
The question remains why you think to need this
