Don't use transpose!
It should not be necessary to do anything but change the instruments to the proper saxophones. Right click the line of music, select staff properties and click the change instruments button near the middle of the window and select the appropriate sax. The key will change to the proper key for that sax. If the key does not change, then press the "concert pitch" button on the toolbar. This will switch the view to transposed pitch (when the button looks press, you are viewing concert pitch) and you will see the proper key signatures are there.
