How to set the vertical offset of measure numbers relating to the staff line in mscore-3.0-devel

I'm trying to set the vertical distance of the measure numbers relating to the staff lines in mscore-3.0-devel, and i'm missing a correspondent menu as it exists in mscore-2.0. The inspector shows no such feature.

I dont't have downloaded the newest nightly. But weird: With the former 3d2582f the vertical offset doesn't appear in the inspector when I select a measure number, but it appears in the inspector after I dragged and dropped a measure number. Not sure if it's by design but seems to be a bug.
