plugin manager crash
Hi.
When I
1. open plugin manager,
2. close it,
3. add new plugin to "Program Files (x86)\MuseScore 2\plugins" folder and
4. open plugin manager again - Musescore crashes.
When I just rename any plugin at step 3 - no crash.
It's a bit strange also that without opened scores I can't manage plugins (see plugins-1.jpg).

The plugin manager will work with no score in future versions see #198826: Plugin Manager and Plugin Creator are disabled if no score is open
The crash has been previously reported e.g. #76751: MuseScore crashes when opening plugin manager after adding new plugin but the bug has not been isolated.
I get the same results with these steps. I'm going to reopen the bug report.
