Problem in compressing many types of instruments in a score

For example, if I am going to make a score, I have to select what instruments I want, and problem arises when I add too many and some of them cannot be shown as they have already exceeded the lower boundary of the sheet. I have seen the score of others and although many instruments are selected, all of them can be included within a sheet. What can I do to this?
