Update PPA's for Ubuntu 17.10?

Hello!

I was wondering what we need to do to get the MuseScore PPA's updated for Ubuntu 17.10 users? It's a great release and MuseScore works wonderfully on it.

The AppImage doesn't provide the same deep desktop integration as something installed via PPA or the Ubuntu Software "app store".

The latest build/fix of 2.1 would be most welcome, as well as getting the "testing" PPA for 3.0 on 17.10.

Even if someone can direct me in how to do it - I would love to be part of the solution, not the problem.
