How do you make a title page?

Select the first measure and use the menu Add->Frame->Insert vertical frame. You can then double click the blue outline of the frame (make sure you can see it by checking the menu View->Show Frames) and drag the blue square at the bottom of the frame to make it large enough for the title. If title is already there, then you don't need to insert the frame first, just resize the frame. If you extract parts, the frame will automatically be inserted. If you use parts, you will want to do this before you extract the parts.
