Different Time Signatures per instrument, is this possible?

I figured I'll go ahead and ask this so if I ever have to transcribe a piece like this in the future, I'll know how.

In the piece "Songs My Mother Taught Me" by Anton Dvorak, we can see that the voice is in 2/4 while the accompaniment is in 6/8. Basically, a simple duple being accompanied in a compound duple. Is MuseScore able to handle notating in that way? If yes, how.
