Musescore 2 Audio Not Working And Causes Other Audio To Stop Working

I have been trying to use Musescore 2 on my Windows 10 computer. However, I cannot get the program to play back audio. Furthermore, it also makes the audio on other applications stop working, e.g. youtube. Does anyone know how to fix this? I have tried reverting to factory settings, uninstalling, and changing my audio settings. Nothing works.
