You can change the 'space unit', this basically changes about every size, see https://musescore.org/en/handbook/page-settings#scaling.
You can use the inspector to make a note(head), see or chord small, see https://musescore.org/en/handbook/inspector-and-object-properties#chord and in the style settings you can define the percentage of that smallness, see https://musescore.org/en/handbook/layout-and-formatting#style-edit-gene…
