12 demisemiquaver in one beat
This is a complex violin piece, and I need to write 12 demisemiquaver in one beat!
I attach a photo of an Encore part, which allows that. I could not figure it in MuseScore...
Thanks for any help.

Make the quarter rest, have it selected.
Go to Notes → Tuplets → Other…
As relation enter 12/4 (put 12 notes of the type where otherwise 4 would fit)

The relation should be 12/8 since there are 8 demisemiquavers in a beat.

My bad.
My music education always worked with the fraction names (1/4th 1/32th etc) and no demihemisemi-stuff :)

I don't know what those words mean, I relied on the picture. I'm American and use the same words as you.

Being stuborn, I found a work around: I divided each quarter note (4/4) into two quavers - or eight note - and applied a Ctrl + 6 to the rest. It worked!
Thanks, anyhow.

OK... but do you get the number '12' displayed on a single beam, as in your picture?

No, but I got a two groups of three beams with a '6', which is basically the same.
Anyhow, it sounds as it should...
Tks

I am not American and English isn't my mother tongue.
However, I want to explain (As far as I can) :
If you select 4th(Quarter) note: (and went to here: Menu->Notes->Tuplets->Other)
How many tuplets do you want?: 12
Originally, how many of these are, in the selected duration?: 8(x32nd)
Relation: 12 / 8 (means: 12, on 8)
Result: (which durations can enter?): 12x32nd (or combinations of these: 12x32nd(at least 3 or 4x) / 6x16th / 3x8th / 1(½)x4th).

Thank you all, folks, for the help.
However, after solving the problem, I incurred in a new one...
The number of notes (very large as you can see), don't fit on the measure!
If I keep writing, it just vanishes from the page...
A sample is attached. I may try to put the beat in a 2/4 mode, although it may affect the remaining 20 other nstruments...

There's always a "but", Zyia...
It worked, but it changed the entire score for the new scale!
Could it be applied only to a given measure?
I can barely see the notes...
Thanks in advance.

Select the measures;
Open Inspector-> select Notes -> 'Small' ?

It worked. Thanks. Small notes, though...

I think you need to adjust your zoom so a single page can be seen on your screen. The scaling Zyia used is not very small.

I did not get that clear, Mike320. Could you explain further. Tks

The item circled in the picture is the zoom. One of the options in the drop down is page width. On my screen Zyia's method was easy to see and would print nicely on a page. IMHO it's easier to read than making the notes small.
