In Continuous View: Title, Clef, Key and TAB name, all in Blue Color, overlaps the music notes in some measures after few of them.

This is normal. The blue items are there as a courtesy so you know the current situation. It prevents you from having to scroll back to tell what instruments are displayed, their clef...

Seems it takes the min. width of those 2 clefs (+ key- and time sig), rather than the max. Or just ignores key- and time sigs if there is a tab 'clef'
