Pizzicato on Grace Note
When I tried to change a grace note to pizzicato using staff text properties, it didn't seem to work. Does anybody know why, and if there is a solution?

Seems you can't have a staff text attached to a grace note, if you try the text attaches to the normal note (and pizz works there, plus to the grace, but not just to the grace)

So pizzicato on a grace note is just another thing Musescore cannot play back?

Sure it can. Just as explained above, if you attach to the main note, it also applies to the grace note. Also any other grace notes that follow. What you cannot do is how a grace note pizz and the main note it is attached to arco - something most human players would be hard-pressed to pull off as well.
