sfz to sf2 and polyphone

In the German user forum there's is a request from an user (with visually impairments): https://musescore.org/de/node/268114.

A quick translation via online translating:

"I use MuseScore 2 and Polyphone.
I have a problem.
if I export a soundfont to sfz with polyphonic and export it again to sf2
export. MuseScore cannot open this soundfont.
for example this soundfonte:
1. general user GS 1,471
2. GeneralUser GS MuseScore v1.442. sf2
3rd HQ Orchestral Soundfont Collection v3.0. sf2
Anybody know why?

I'm not very familiar with polyphone or other soundfont editors. Some suggestions?
