Windows nightly page working intermittantly.

When attempting to download the windows nightly the page seems to be intermittently working. When I first went to the page I got a URL error. I tried again and clicked to download the latest nightly. Half way through the download stopped. I refreshed the page again and got the URL error again. A few minutes later I refreshed the page and was able to download the nightly. I'll try it over the next couple of days and see how it works. I'm curious if the link is disabled while the nightly is being compiled. Both times I and another person saw this was around the same time (7pm Central in the US).
