Breath marks for two voices
I want to insert breath marks for two voices. The breath mark of the first voice should be located at the top line and the one for the second voice at the bottom line.

I suspect you don't want a pause (which is possible only for the entire score) on both breath marks so there is a workaround. Enter one breath mark, move it where you want then enter the other breath mark. The default is for there to be no pause.

In my example there is only one note in first voice. Hence you can only enter one single breath mark.
Breath marks should be assigned to notes of the second voice.

You can use a breath mark from the Symbols palette:
