Style problem: bar keeps getting stretched out

I've been adding lyrics to an arrangement which obviously changes the space that the bars take up on the page, now whenever a new page starts the bar stretches to cover the entire width of the page, as shown in the attached picture. Not the first time I've had this problem and I don't know how to sort it. Any help appreciated!

Remove the system break at measure 28 (so it joins with next system), or decrease stretch on measure 25-28 (for it to stay with the prev system). Similar with measures 20 and befor, or make the paper wider, ot is's borders smaller, or reduce the scaling
