I CAN´T SAVE AS...
Hola, luego de elegir "guardar como"... guardar en este equipo, elegir carpeta... queda freeze la pantalla y el botón de guardar. Tampoco puedo exportar...

That character ? is called the "question mark" in English. As others have stated, it is not a permitted character in Windows filenames.
