Short answer: the transposition is correct, I think maybe you forgot the key signature? But normally you shouldn't be needing to do any of this manually - if you actually write for alto sax, the transposition happens automatically in MuseScore via the Concert Pitch button. See the Handbook under Transposition for more info - the section on transposing instruments in particular.
