Normally I'd just play favorites and just say my soundfont was, but I'm still working on getting the voices down so it'll work right in musescore...
MuseScore's soundfont engine is pretty limited right now so In the end there really isn't a good answer for that. The more highend instruments you add, the less likely it'll work right. There a number of projects to make the "Perfect" soundfont, but it's much like trying to find the Perfect woman, it's just not gonna happen.
