Next to the rest of the configuration files, see https://musescore.org/en/handbook/revert-factory-settings, where those locations are mentioned , for 'Advanced Users'
Edit: Not for the Windows Store version of MuseScore though.
Found it in C/Documents and Settings/username/AppData/Local/MuseScore/Muscore2/
But beware, the file appears only if you modify at least one shortcut before.

The real path is actually C:\Users*username*\AppData\Local\MuseScore\MuseScore2
You need to display hidden directories.
