Lost Music

Yes, I had another file (score) opened at the time (Sweet Soul Music) and when I wanted to export (It's You Thing) the file to change to pdf the title changed on Sweet Soul Music to It's Your Thing but had the arrangement for Sweet Soul Music now I can't find the arrangement for It's Your Thing, is there no refresh button or back button? Is there anyway I can get the arrangement back without losing another arrangement.
