Help!!! Hello, I wanted to see what this company could offer me for searching for music

Hi I need some help I was checking out this site for music and discovered that I was not going to use the site to the full potential. I did go ahead and cancel the subscription but I still have a years charge on my account which was 32470864830 00000 BE. They did cancel my subscription but did not take the $49.00 off is there a way someone can help me refund my $49.00?
