I'm putting this against version 2.1 since it is not a regression. I actually use version 2.1 for the Spanish.
Spanish and many other languages use a different note system than English speakers. Most places have the correct translations. There are 2 places I have found where translation of the notes is impossible.

@mike320 and @Jojo-Schmitz, could you please explore the current version of the app and list down every single place you can find where the note names are currently being displayed correctly in your selected non-English language, and then post that list here?
I'm trying to figure out the best way to implement this, and your input will help.
