How do we create this pedal line?
I want it to continue off to the next bar at the second line.
How do we find a pedal line like that if it's not in the palettes?
I wanted to rearrange/retranscribe it since the second chorus's verse's left hand part is an octave lower.

Right click->Line Properties uncheck Begin/End hook
This happens completely automatically if the pedal line is connected to the proper notes. That is, use the line with the angle hook on both ends, but make sure the line starts with the note on the first line and ends with the note on the next line. It will automatically continue across the line break correctly, no special adjustments of any kind required.
